Void Management System - Supervisor Pager
Our void management system / supervisor calling system are used in Supermarkets, Retail Stores, Banks and any organisation whereby there are cashiers or salesman that requires to call a supervisor or manager for a void on his/her system. Our void management system is completely wireless as the wireless call buttons are placed at each till point / counters which are battery operated and can between 5 / 6 months and can be easily changed.
The supervisor has an option to wear a wireless wristwatch pager or supervisor screen mounted at supervisors' desk which will show the till number / counter number requesting a void / override. Our wireless void system solution is popular amongst stores which do not have a linear queue.
Call, Cancel Button
Void Calling System / Wireless till Call Button Our till point buzzers are used for void management whereby the cashier calls the supervisor / manager and the supervisor / manager will press cancel when he / she attends to the cashier to notify other staff members that the call has been attended too.
Queuing LED Screen

Our queue management screen is used to call the next customer in the queue. Our queuing screen can be wall mounted or hung from the ceiling and requires power only.

Customer Calling System / Wireless till Call Button Our till point buzzers are used for queue and void management whereby the cashier presses call to call the next customer in the queue and manager calls the supervisor / manager and the supervisor / manager will press cancel when he / she attends to the cashier to notify other staff members that the call has been attended too.

Our wireless supervisor receivers are wearable with a lanyard and shows the till /counter number which requires assistance. It will beep, vibrate and flash. the display shows 3 numbers at once and stores more callers in queue mode.
